Complaints

  • Complaints are handled in the standard manner. It is necessary to fill out the complaint form with all the necessary details (part number, description of the defect, detailed information about the vehicle, diagnostic report if possible) and send the complete part subject to complaint to our address. The more information you provide, the more effectively we will be able to handle your complaint.
  • Complaints will be handled as soon as possible, at the latest within the time limits set by law. The more comprehensive the information you send us about your complaint, the faster we will be able to resolve it.
  • Please do not forget to include your contact details and the document number (or a copy) with which you purchased the part.
