LiqRep Plastic B54.250, 50 ml – Polyurethane adhesive for plastics This type of adhesive is intended for:
Repairing and bonding plastic engine and body parts
Filling holes, gaps, and cracks
It adheres excellently to materials such as PMMA, ABS, PC, PVC, PA6, HPL, PS, GRP, rubber, elastomers, metal, glass, wood, stone, and concrete.
Applications: bumpers, spoilers, grilles, headlights, interior components, clips, brackets, filter covers, etc.
Advantage: solvent-free and does not require certification for working with isocyanates.
LiqRep Metal – Epoxy resin-based adhesive This type of adhesive is intended for:
Filling, leveling, and repairing cracks, holes, cavities, or damaged bores
Bonding and repairing metal body parts
Repairing threads, fittings, and castings
It adheres excellently to materials such as iron, steel, aluminum, alloys, ceramics, concrete, wood, and a wide range of plastics.
Applications: sills, doors, wheel arches, cutouts, ventilation elements, intake pipes, fittings, metal parts, and body joints.
Advantage: the adhesive is free from silicones, solvents, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Recommendations for optimal use – To achieve the best results, it is important to follow these guidelines:
Always follow the relevant safety data sheets and the manufacturer's instructions
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, etc.)
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and degreased – ideally cleaned with isopropyl alcohol
For PP/PE plastics, it is recommended to briefly flame the surface (0.5 to 1 second) before application to ensure better adhesion
To improve adhesion, the surface can be lightly roughened by sanding
For deeper or more stressed repairs, it is advisable to create additional drill holes for mechanical anchoring
