We recently introduced plastic manifolds from Pierburg brand. They supply both aluminum and plastic manifolds. For a long time, these parts were only available from the original manufacturers. Now they are available in the aftermarket not only from Pierburg, but also from ET Engineteam.
A common reason for replacing the intake manifold is the wear of the control flaps or carbon clogging. Other components of the intake manifold (such as drive modules or solenoid valves) may be in good condition. It is thus possible to replace only the defective components, which makes it possible to repair the vehicle efficiently and without major costs.
