Timing chain kit is an important part of the engine. We always recommend replacing the entire timing kit, including all gears, chains, rails and tensioners.
We're bringing new items to ET ENGINETEAM range for BMW vehicles with N20 and N26 engines.
Two kits with different contents:
Timing chain kit RS0098 includes guide rails, timing chain and tensioner.
Timing chain kit RS0099 includes also two variable valve timing adjusters - VVT HUB.
These kits are suitable, for example, for BMW 1 (F20) 125 i / 1 (F21) 125 i / 3 (F30, F80) 320 i xDrive / 3 Gran Turismo (F34) 320 i / 4 Gran Coupe (F36) 420 i / 5 Touring (F11) 520 i / X3 (F25) sDrive 20 i / Z4 Roadster (E89) sDrive 20i.
