Motorservice has put together a modular system for oil pumps – suitable for D08 engines from MAN.
Up until now, you had to, where necessary, order each individual component of these oil pumps separately using their own individual item numbers (see table on the following page). At Motorservice, you can simply select 1 of our 3 pump kits and combine this with one of the 4 possible drive gears.
Using this modular system, you can combine 12 complete spare parts kits – and you only have to order 2 articles. This is because BF brand pump kits already include all required gaskets and connection elements.
These BF oil pumps are an in-house development by Motorservice for the aftermarket. Each oil pump is tested on the test rig before delivery with regard to volumetric flow and oil pressure.
The oil pumps are installed in around 1 million vehicles globally with the D08 engine series (Euro IV to VI) from MAN. These include trucks from the TGL and TGM series, MAN buses as well as use in agricultural machines, construction machines, special vehicles and industrial engines.
