With Pierburg’s OE expertise in air supply, Motorservice has extended its product range with a series of intake manifolds with lap adjustment. These plastic intake manifolds have been developed to OE speciications and supplement the existing range of magnesium and aluminium intake manifolds.
Previously, many of these parts could only be purchased from an OEM along with all the attachments. In many cases, Motorservice now ofers the actual intake manifold separately as a spare part.
Damage to an intake manifold is often due to carbonised or worn out laps. The attachments, such as drive modules and solenoid valves, are generally still completely ine. So you only have to replace the actual faulty component. This enables you to repair faulty components on plastic intake manifolds cost efectively – using quality parts from a premium manufacturer.
