In such cases, we recommend that you do not reuse the components, but rather replace them with new ones. Therefore, we bring repair kits that easily resolve this problem. You will find all the necessary parts for repair in one practical repair kit.
ET ENGINETEAM has added a camshaft repair kit HV0403VR1 for 1.8 / 2.0 TSI engines to its range. It contains bearing bracket HV0403, timing cover RH0005, central camshaft adjustment valve CV0028 and central camshaft adjustment magnet CV0029. Of course, all components from this kit are also available separately - see below.

The set is intended for BYT, CABA, CAEA, CCZA CDAA, CESA, DAJB, CHJA and many other engine codes. This engine designation has appeared, for example, in Audi A3 / A1 / TT / Q3, Seat Altea XL / Leon / Exeo, Škoda Octavia / Superb, VW Passat / Golf / Sharan / Beetle manufactured since 2009.
