Piston versions for Fiat Ducato, Ford Transit, Citroen Jumper, Peugeot Boxer 2,2 HDi / TDCi

Vans with PUMA 2.2 HDi / TDCi engines have pistons with different compression heights. Different connecting rod lengths are also related to this. Specifically, the connecting rod OM0031 with 117 mm length is suitable for piston PM001200 with compression height 43.42 mm, while the shorter connecting rod OM0034 with 112 mm length is for pistons PM004700 and PM005800 with compression height 48.42 mm. The same applies to their oversized variants. Before ordering the pistons, we therefore recommend that you check the engine code, or accurately measure the required part. If you aren’t sure, prepare your VIN code and contact us.

For these pistons, we provide universal piston rings (in a set of 3 rings with 2 mm height) ET Engineteam R1006900 in standard size for cylinder bore 86 mm and ET Engineteam R1006950 in +0.5 mm repair size.

 

Available parts for 2.2 HDi / TDCi - compression height 43.42 mm

ET Engineteam piston PM001200 with compression height 43.42 mm, pin 66.85 mm x 30 mm, bowl diameter 46.9 mm and bowl depth 15.85 mm. OE: 0160700, 0628S6, 1373523, 5S7Q-AAE. Also in oversized version PM001250 (+0.5 mm) with OE: 0160702.

Trapezoidal connecting rod OM0031, which has 117 mm length between the closest edges of a small end for a piston pin and a big end for a shaft. For use in vehicles with PUMA 2.2 D / HDi / TDCi engines manufactured since 2000. Connecting rod OE reference number: 9659672280. In our ET Engineteam range we also offer the connecting rod set OM0040. The set contains 4x trapezoidal connecting rod OM0031. The complete set of connecting rods is more cost-effective.

ET Engineteam complete crankshaft set HK0196. The set contains 1x crankshaft HK0186, 1x connecting rod set OM0040, 1x main bearings LH002700, 1x connecting rod bearings LP002800. The distance between the closest edges of a small end for a piston pin and a big end for a shaft is 117 mm.

For installation in PUMA engines 4HU (P22DTE), 4HV (P22DTE), PGFA, PGFB, P8FA, P8FB, QJBA, QJBB, QJBC, QJBD, QVFA, QWFA.

ET Engineteam piston PM004700 with compression height 48.42 mm, pin 66.75 mm x 30 mm, bowl diameter 49 mm, bowl depth 16.2 mm. OE: BK2Q6105, 87-427700-50. Also available in repair size PM004750 (+0.5 mm).

ET Engineteam piston PM005800 with compression height 48.42 mm, pin 66 mm x 30 mm, bowl diameter 46.9 mm, bowl depth 15.85 mm. OE: 9C1Q6110EAA, 9C1Q-6110-EAA, 9800066680. Also in oversized version PM005850 (+0.5 mm).

Trapezoidal connecting rod OM0034. The length between the closest edges of a small end for a piston pin and a big end for a shaft is 112 mm. Reference OE numbers: 0603.E4, 1S7Q6200CAA, 1717559, BB3Q6200AAA, BB3Q-6200-AAA, CO001600, RFBB3Q6200AA, RFBB3Q-6200-AA, 0603E4.
